Greater Noida College’s Training Department organized a career-focused seminar titled “Classroom to Career: Essential Skills for the Future” for first-year B.Tech students in CSE-AIML, CSE, AI, and CSE-DS. The event was held under the esteemed guidance of  B.L. Gupta (Chairman, GN Group of Institutes) and Prof. (Dr.) Sharad Agarwal (Director General), supervised by Dr. Harendra Nagar (Director, GNC).

This workshop aimed to prepare students for the transition from academic life to professional careers by focusing on essential job-readiness skills. The seminar objectives were to: Provide insights into diverse career paths in tech and engineering. Highlight the importance of developing key competencies for employment. Emphasize the value of internships and practical experiences.

Offer students networking opportunities with industry professionals.

The college welcomed guest speakers Ms. Ruby Chaudhary and Mr. Lalit Nagar from the Anudeep Foundation, who provided valuable insights into the skills that make graduates stand out in today’s job market. They discussed future career prospects and offered advice on how to successfully navigate the professional landscape.The session concluded with an interactive Q&A session where students engaged with the speakers on topics such as industry trends and career strategies. Dr. Harendra Nagar and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Ojha extended a vote of thanks, appreciating the valuable contributions of the guests and all participants.The event, which combined expert insights with practical skills training, was coordinated by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Ojha and hosted by Ms. Krishna Priya. The success of the seminar sets the stage for future workshops, focusing on industry-specific skills and deeper exploration of career development opportunities.
