Greater Noida:-GNIT College of Management hosted an engaging session on May 2nd, 2024, focusing on Effective Business Communication.

Ms . Swapnil Mishra , the Chief People Officer (CPO) of JKSD Infotech, led the session, providing MBA students with valuable insights into global exposure and understanding.

She emphasized key concepts such as Dedication, Self-confidence, Positive attitude, Discipline, Enthusiasm, and Hard work, highlighting the pivotal role of communication in all aspects of life. Ms. Mishra underscored that ineffective communication can lead to conflict and frustration in both professional and personal relationships. She encouraged students to boost their self-confidence by actively participating in various activities, advocating for project training in industries, and enthusiastic participation in campus interviews. She advised students to be proactive, and self-sufficient, and continuously enhance their skills to thrive in a competitive and dynamic business environment.

Ms. Mishra stressed the importance of effective communication skills complementing knowledge.The session provided a great opportunity for students to learn about infusing creative thinking, speaking English fluently, and focusing on their future.
