Delhi/ Facewarta News: An industrial visit to Mother Dairy was organized for the students of GNIT College of Management. The visit was conducted by the Training Department of GNICT-CM with the objective of providing students with real-world exposure to the operations of a leading dairy processing company. We express our sincere gratitude to our Honourable Chairman, B.L. Gupta, whose constant support and guidance made this visit possible. Under his leadership, students gained valuable practical insights into various aspects of the dairy industry, including production processes, quality control systems, and supply chain management.
The primary objective of the visit was to help students understand the functioning of a large-scale dairy processing plant. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe the different stages of milk processing and packaging. They also learned about the importance of hygiene standards and quality assurance practices that ensure the safety and consistency of dairy products. The visit highlighted the critical role of automation in improving efficiency and maintaining hygiene throughout the processing cycle. Furthermore, students were introduced to the use of advanced technology in maintaining the cold chain during distribution and the challenges faced in managing large-scale production and logistics. This industrial visit proved to be a highly informative and enriching experience. It effectively bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, particularly for students interested in fields like food technology, microbiology, and industrial engineering. The exposure not only deepened their understanding of dairy operations but also opened up new perspectives on career opportunities in the dairy and food processing industries.
